KDS are a medium sized, family owned finance company based in Rotherham South Yorkshire. We have been serving our customers for over 36 years. The success of our business depends on our employees. KDS offer small, short-term loans to our customers and collect the weekly payments from the customer's home. You could become one of our TEAM.

As a Customer Account Manager you would have a customer base of approx 300 customers, which you would call on weekly. Your role would be to collect the weekly payments, and to issue new loans, and other products to our customers. You would also be responsible for increasing the customer base.
As an employee you would be master of your own destiny, where the more effort you put in, the more you earn.
Initially you would travel with established account managers, who would show you the paperwork, and the procedures. You would then go out with our trainer who would reinforce our policy & procedures.
We would provide you with a car and a fuel allowance. You would be responsible to a Manager who you would see weekly. They are there to help & support you as well as mentoring you to make you into a good account manager.
